Is Jaxsoaps handmade soap that much better?
Absolutely! You will find that the majority of soaps you will buy to bathe with are not actually soaps at all. These bars are not labeled soap, but instead are labeled as deoderant bar or cleansing bar. These are less expensive because they are artificial and substitutions for natural soap.
What is found in factory produced soaps?
Soaps you will find on the shelves of your convenience stores and department stores, such as Dove, include ingredients such as sodium cocoyl isethionate (synthetic detergent), stearic acid (hardener), sodium tallowate (sodium salt of cow fat), water, sodium isethionate (detergent/emulsifying agent), coconut acid (the sodium salt of coconut oil), sodium stearate (emulsifier, also used as a cheap stabilizer in plastics), sodium dodecylbenzonesulfonate (synthetic detergent, skin irritant), sodium cocoate or sodium palm kernalate (sodium salts of coconut or palm kernel oils), fragrance (synthetic scent, potential allergen (common skin irritant), sodium chloride (table salt used as a thickener), titanium dioxide, trisodium EDTA (stabilizer, used in industrial cleaning products to decrease hard water, skin irritant), trisodium etidronate (preservative, a chemical that is used in soaps to prevent soap scum), BHT (preservative, common skin irritant)
What is in a Jaxsoaps bar?
In a bar of Jaxsoaps, you will find ingredients such as distilled water, lye, coconut oil, palm oil, palm kernel oil, soy oil, castor bean oil, sweet almond oil, herbs, essential oils, and other items based on which bar you prefer, such as coloidal oatmeal, ground lavender buds, spearmint leaves, rooibos herb, etc..
The difference is staggering, and the quality and benefits of handmade soaps outweigh the cost difference by far.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or regular account payments all through PayPal. No Diners Club please.

How secure is this store?

Do I need a PayPal account to purchase from this store?
No, you are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store. Although if you already have a PayPal account you may use it.
My purchase arrived damaged, what do I do?
If things should go wrong for any reason, here is what you do. All damaged or defective items must be returned with the original invoice and in the condition in which you received it. Indicate on the back of the invoice, or in an attached letter, why you are returning the item(s). If your order arrived damaged please return it right away so we can send you a replacement.
Shipping charges will only be refunded in the case that the error was at the fault of us by way of the mistake being acted out by the people that are we, meaning that we goofed and that was us.
If you give us the wrong address or move to a new apartment without notifying us and your package gets returned, we will not call you an idiot or flog you. We will just charge you for shipping it to the correct location.
How do refunds work?
All refunds, including any refunds for return shipping charges, will be credited to the credit card used in your purchase. We will do everything we can to refund quickly and you will be notified of your refund by e-mail.
I'm not satisfied. How do I vent my frustration?
If you are not satisfied with our service please go easy on us if it is something small because we will most likely feel really bad about screwing up. If we really, really screw up please feel free to email us entirely in caps lock. We will replace, repair, rebuild, rerecord, repackage, resend, redo, re-stamp, and or reseal anything that disappears into shipping oblivion.
Will you invade my privacy?
We do not give or sell your personal info to any other company, human, crustacean or alien being.
